Good Samaritan & Prisons

Overview

The Good Samaritan & Prisons Ministry is rooted in compassion and the Christian call to love one’s neighbor. We exist to provide spiritual, emotional, and material support to prisoners, the elderly, the poor, and those in crisis.

Mission

To care for prisoners, the sick, the elderly, and those in need by offering spiritual, emotional, and material support, thereby reflecting Christ’s love and compassion.

Objectives

Identify and assess members in need by working with Small Christian Communities.
Provide spiritual support through visits, sacraments, and prayer.
To ensure a clean,Offer practical support such as food, clothing, and medical care. secure, and conducive environment for worship (including parking, sanitation, and safety).
Advocate for dignity and compassion for parishioners and marginalized groups.

Leadership & Structure

The Ministry is led by a committee of seven. Small Christian Community representatives support activities at the grassroots level.
